Greetings from the gulf coast of Florida! I’m working on a checklist of things from our property manager to get the house ready for a two month snowbird rental, and also sneak out to enjoy the seafood and sunsets. It’s so nice to start the new year in this sunny part of the world.
I’m not doing any room renovations on this visit, but I’m returning in April to start on one of three bedroom makeovers and will be living here off and on throughout 2024. Our youngest son graduates from high school in June and is off to college in the fall which will make it easier to be bicoastal this year. We’re embracing this season of change with excitement and ready to begin this new chapter!
